Freshman Geppert scores second goal of season in 1-0 win
Providence, RI- The Brown men's soccer team came away with a 1-0 victory over Boston University on Friday night at Stevenson Field, improving the Bears record to 3-2 on the season. Brown's backfield was superb, as it did not allow a shot on goal. Brown's attack on the other hand, had several chances and finally capitalized on its 15th shot of the game, ten minutes into the second half. Freshman Scott Geppert (Coppell, TX) registered his second goal of the season when he collected a rebound off a shot by fellow freshman Darren Howerton (Northboro, MA), which hit the post.
