FOURTH SHUTOUT
BU Terrier women topple Leopards


The Boston University women's team won by shutout for the fourth straight game, defeating Lafayette, 3-0, in a Patriot League match at Nickerson Field Saturday.

BU (4-10-0 overall, 4-1-0 PL) outshot the Leopards (4-5-3, 1-3-1), 19-4.

Jesse Shreck scored in the seventh minute, finishing off a pass from the end line by McKenna Doyle. Rachel Blauner upped the lead in the 16th minute, converting off a pass from Erika Kosienski. Doyle converted a 31st-minute goal off an Alivya Wimmer free kick.

The Terriers fund-raising for the Dana Farber Cancer Center surpassed their goal of $1,000 and will be donating more than $1,900 to the center.
