Terriers stay even with Greyhounds

BALTIMORE, Md. -- Felix De Bona scored twice as the Boston University men's team rallied from a two-goal deficit to tie, 3-3, with Loyola Maryland in a Patriot League match at the Ridley Athletic Complex Saturday.

BU (3-5-2, 0-2-2) snapped a three-game losing streak on second-half goals by Mark Wadid (60th minute) and De Bona (70th and 80th), who increased his totals to five this season and 20 in his career.

Brian Saramago scored a hat trick for the Greyhounds (5-5-1, 3-0-1). Saramago scored off a defensive mixup, heading in a pass from Brennan Goldsmith in the 30th minute, then finishing a counter with a 20-yarder after Barry Sharifi intercepted a clearance from Matt Gilbert. Wadid cut the BU deficit in the 60th minute, finishing the rebound of a De Bona shot. De Bona tied the score with a free kick inside the left post. In the 73rd minute, Saramago broke the deadlock. De Bona scored his second goal, heading in a long free kick from Adam Sheikali, completing the second two-goal game of his career.
