PC women rout Red Raiders

PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The Providence College women’s team scored four second-half goals in downing Colgate, 5-0, in a non-conference match Sunday.

The Friars (3-2-1) took the lead as Rachel Ugolik’s finished a Kathryn Hiller header in the 20th minute. in the 60th minute, Juliana Pellegrini headed a Hailee Duserick pass in for a 2-0 lead. The Friars then scored three goals in the final four minutes. In the 86th minute, Christina Klaum finished an Ugolik header. In the 88th minute, Samantha Nelbach scored her first collegiate goal from 30 yards, then Jill Clapp scored In the final minute. The Red Raiders fell to 2-1-2.
