UConn Huskies downed by Georgetown

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The UConn menís team dropped a 1-0 decision to the Georgetown Hoyas in the Huskiesí first away game of the season at Shaw Field Saturday.

Connecticut (3-2-0) threatened in the 10th minute as Dylan Greenberg sent a left-footer high. Five minutes later, Jacob Hauser-Ramsey headed with left off a Kwame Awuah corner. Freshman Niko Petridis sent a 31st-minute shot off the bar.

The Hoyas (1-4-0) scored on Brian Campbellís 42nd-minute goal.

Redshirt junior Scott Levene made six saves, including a 53rd-minute stop on an Arun Basuljevic one-timer.
