ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.--- The Tampa Bay Rowdies and the New York Cosmos hadn't faced each other in nearly 30 years, and while both teams had several chances to score in the revival of the historic rivalry, they instead settled for a 0-0 draw in front of 7,032 fans at Al Lang Stadium Saturday.
